We offer a refund/ exchange on any products purchased at Skills Publishing Online as long as the required conditions below are fulfilled.
Change of Mind Returns:
You return the item within 28 days of purchase with your original Skills Mail Order Bookshop receipt.
The item is in resaleable condition including that:
– the item is return posted with the same protective cardboard backing and bubble wrap for books
– DVDs or CDs are unopened and are unplayed
Cost of shipping item to or from customer is not refundable
Faulty Product Returns:
Skills Mail Order Bookshop will replace or refund any product which is faulty or is not of merchantable quality.

Subscription Cancellations:
Refunds will be for the rest of the remaining copies from the date of cancellation.
