Windy Hill Woods are the publishers of two books about decorative Wagon Wheels that were reviewed in the last issue (139). Wooden Mini Wheels is another of their titles.
This book is similar to the first two previously reviewed, but deals with decorative wagon wheels of the appropriate size for the Model Stage Coach.
Perhaps the work in these books should be classified as craft rather than woodworking for there is no difficult shaping or jointing to perform. But it does require some familiarity with handtools and a scrollsaw would be a welcome help for such tasks as cutting out the windows.
