The 125 furniture makers profiled in this book represent some of the finest craftsmen (and women) in North America. They were chosen by a jury of their peers on the basis of their craftsmanship and the quality of their designs. Some make period reproductions, other build in a certain style with a twist, and many offer their own unique designs. All are established woodworkers who perform to high professional standards.
The Sourcebook profiles examples of the maker's work and describes the maker's philosophy and design sensibilities.
